This week, Harrison wants to be your Valentine! There are not many steps to this card, but I think Harrison is super cute with his Valentine’s day box of candy. My lovely friend, Iris, gave me this idea while I was playing with the Harrison die. Finished size of this card is 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″.
Materials:
Tim Holtz Harrison Colorize die- 665218
Tim Holtz Crazy Things die- 660953
Sidekick Side-order- Valentine- 662710
Rubbernecker Nested Rectangle X-stitch die -5144-03D
Vintage Photo Distress Ink
Steps:
- Cut out and assemble Harrison, the candy box from the sidekick die and two bow ties from the crazy things die. I highly recommend watching the Colorize videos Sizzix makes for each of their Colorize dies. Here is the address to Harrison’s: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyjGuq-92sY . To make the bow more dimensional, cut out the center of one of the ties, distress the edges and attach it to the center of the first bow tie.

2. Cut out three hearts ( part of the envelope die) from the sidekick die set.
3. Cut out a red border using the largest x-stitch die, and a pink border using the next smallest size. Distress all the layers with Vintage Photo ink.
4. Assemble all of the layers onto brown cardstock.
That’s it! Easy peasy Valentine’s card. Have a great week! -Lisa
